Arca released an extensive amount of research tracking the wallet addresses controlled by the Gnosis team.

From this research, Arca uncovered that Gnosis likely failed to follow through on its promise of moving 83% of its ETH holdings to the GnosisDAO from its corporate entity. In fact, approximately $17.8 million remains unaccounted for according to Arca's research.

Even more concerning, it looks the $17.8 million is being used as casino money by the Gnosis team. In fact, it looks like this $17.8 million is being used to yield farm in risky projects and activities usually pursued only by the most risk tolerant hedge funds.

Considering the amount of hacks and exploitations that occur in these Yield Farms, and considering that the GNO token holders were not informed of these activities, I find this fiduciary failure to be troublesome.

Crypto is supposed to be about decentralization and transparency. Why, then, is the Gnosis team failing to uphold the very values of this ecosystem in favor of greed?

A full audit should be performed on Gnosis in order to discover exactly how all funds are being utilized. GNO holders deserve to know how their capital is being used.
